East Williamsburg doesn't try to be Williamsburg and that's the whole appeal. The food is good, the rooms are small, and nobody's there because a blog told them to be. It's where you go when you want a neighborhood dinner without the neighborhood tax.

A January 2025 opener in the old Ba'sik space, run by Bonnie's and Bee's Knees veterans. The cocktails are genuinely playful — yogurt-washed gin, Tang-arita, cookie-jar punch — and the room feels like someone's living room, which is the whole point.
