~6 min walk (0.3 mi). Maison Premiere sits just at the Williamsburg-North Williamsburg border near Bedford Ave — you're still firmly in the neighborhood's heart. From there, Koi Bā is just a few blocks north on N 6th St; the second-floor entrance is easy to miss, so look for the staircase.
