Spot Dessert Bar has been a St. Marks institution since 2009, and the matcha lava cake and the Harvest — a cheesecake served in a flower pot with rose milk tea poured tableside — are as theatrical as dessert gets in this city. It's a basement spot with close tables and upbeat energy, so think of it less as a quiet nightcap and more as the exclamation point on the night.
